What is Industrial Contact?
The Industrial Contact link Directory is a human edited directory for manufacturing and industry related products, services, and information. Industrial Contact was created to provide manufacturers and industry professionals an improved presence on the internet providing a level of contact between you, your customers, and your suppliers.
Industrial Contact is a great idea, what's the story behind it? The idea for Industrial Contact came about through our local meetup of computer enthusiasts. The meetup was established to provide an opportunity for people interested in computing systems software and networking to share and increase their knowledge and experience.
Upon polling the group, there was an obvious background and experience with manufacturing and industry so it made sense to create Industrial Contact as a website project for the group.
The Fox Valley Computing Professionals Meetup
The meetup continues to be an active place for people to further their knowledge on a variety of topics, we encourage anyone who is interested to join the group in our sessions. We are located in the far western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, in the Fox River Valley.
